"Let's Make It" Natural Parties by Peechee
.
Hello!

My name is Peechee and I am:

* a Natural Spa Pampering Party Representative for Lemongrass Spa
* a Crafter and re-crafter of Candy, Cakes, and Crafts
* a Preschool Instructor for a morning program
* an Actress/Model/Promotional Model
* a wife to my biggest baby and best friend, Jimmy, and a
* a mother to 4 wonderful and beautiful children.

Besides that, I'm also a driver, a coach, a warden, a dishwasher, a maid, a cook. a laundress, & counselor.  Could I be
anymore?  LOL!

So how did I get into all that I do...

Well, I've been directed down the natural health path due to many reasons.  It was a slow process from my daughter
who has juvenile diabetes since age 6 to my brother who is a massage therapist in Annapolis, MD & has a more
holistic view.  But what catapulted my desire to be on the natural path is when my sister-in-law was diagnosed with
uterine cancer at the age of 37.  At the time of her diagnosis, she was already stage 4 and her  cancer had spread
into her lungs.  This was a beautiful woman inside and out who didn't drink,  smoke, or even party at all.  The cancer
came out of nowhere and was aggressive.  Doctor's were a bit baffled because this aggressive type of cancer
doesn't normally show up in people until they are way into their years.  So after talking with my brother and
researching on the internet, I have come to a conclusion that it is possibly a combination of unnatural things in her
life - all the toxic products she puts on her body, all the unhealthy junk and fast food she constantly eats, and the
environmental factors in which her home is located.  Everything is so unnatural that something changed.  Something
triggered those cancer cells and gave it a lot of strength.  So much so that it took her life in February 2009 - less than
1 year from the time she was diagnosed.  We miss her so incredibly much.  She was my baby's Godmother and he
won't even remember any experiences with her.  It's not fair.

Besides my sister-in-law, my daughter (now a teen) has also been going through some problems with puberty.
Doctor's have told me that it was normal and that her body could take up to 2 years to adjust.  It's been 2 years!  And
when I was a teen, I don't recall having those problems.  So I researched again.  Holy cow was what I said when I
discovered the report from the EWG about teen girl's hormones being altered due to all the toxic cosmetics and
body products they use on themselves... and my daughter was certainly 1 of them.  She loves all those things that
make her smell great and glitzy and pretty.  Oh no!

So my quest to learn about being natural began.  As I learned, I decided I needed to get the word out, especially to
women who are at the highest risks as we put so many things on ourselves which affect not only us, but our children
during pregnancy.  Wonder why there are SO much more ADD, ADHD, autism, disabilities?  The word needs to get
out... to protect my children...our children and their future.

As I looked at company after company to find "clean" products, I found the 3 that I currently represent.  It took me a
long while to find them and I asked many, many questions about their products and their services.  There are a
handful of other "clean" companies, but I chose these due to the products they offered, the service they provided,
the prices they offered (much cheaper), and the possibility of my earning some $$ along the way.  Although they don't
offer as big amount of earnings percentage as the bigger companies, the message and products they offer is one
that I can certainly stand behind...and do!  I'm so proud to say they are all signers of the SafeCosmetics.org campaign.

So my quest has began to share my knowledge and to save the women in our lives and all their children.  I know I
can't save everyone, but if I can just make a difference in 1 person, that's a whole generation of children that would
come after her.

I'm still learning and growing.  I'm actually now trying to learn more on nutritional foods that we eat.  I'm pretty
knowledgeable on foods for the skin, but now I need foods for my insides.

And my adventure begins....

Thanks for reading!
